Al. Neyer Named Cincinnati Top Workplace for 2021

Al. Neyer was recognized by the Cincinnati Enquirer as a 2021 Top Workplace for the third year in a row. The 135 winners were chosen by employees through a survey process that asked about different areas of the workplace culture, including alignment, coaching, connection, engagement, leadership, performance, and the “basics” such as pay, benefits, flexibility, training, and expectations.

Employees were also able to share why they love working at their company. One of Al. Neyer’s employee-owners said, “We do incredible projects across our five cities and as employee-owners, we all make decisions based on what is best for the company.”

For the 12th year, The Enquirer has partnered with suburban Philadelphia-based Energage to rank the Cincinnati region’s Top Workplaces. The process is based on a scientific survey of employees who rate their workplace culture. It also gives company insights about what makes them unique. Throughout the process, 1,145 employers in the region were invited to have their employees take the survey. Any organization was eligible to participate, provided it had at least 50 employees in the region. Employers could be public, private, nonprofit, or governmental.
