Al. Neyer Wins Developer of the Year, Multi-Family Deal of the Year at NAIOP Cincinnati Awards

AL. NEYER WINS DEVELOPER OF THE YEAR, MULTI-FAMILY DEAL OF THE YEAR BY NAIOP CINCINNATI

We’re proud to announce that Al. Neyer was selected as the 2020-21 NAIOP Cincinnati Developer of the Year at the annual Night of the Stars event. We are so grateful for this recognition and congratulate all of the evening’s winners. Thank you to our entire team of employee-owners who are building pride in real estate every day with their strong commitment to our clients, communities, and colleagues.

The team was also awarded Multi-Family Deal of the Year for work on The Blonde Apartments at 8th and Main. In the heart of downtown Cincinnati, The Blonde offers micro and studio apartments to those looking to take full advantage of walkability and the urban environment. It is a 13-story building with 125 rental units, and amenities on the first floor such as a micro-market, bike repair stations, dog washing station, fitness center, community space, and parcel lockers including cold storage for food delivery. The thirteenth floor includes an outdoor terrace with grills, fire pits, and views of downtown and the surrounding hills. This was our fifth project with development partners, North American Properties and NorthPointe Group. John Senhauser Architects worked with A.N Architects.

The Developer of the Year title comes after a major year of success thanks to the unity of our employee-owners. Our team produced 22 completed projects and 5 million square feet of “new starts” across the company’s footprint, an 86% increase from the previous year alone. This milestone was directly related to our team’s ability to transition to working remotely while maintaining strong engagement between departments and markets. This same communication was necessary for our client relationships, where our team was relied on for stability and solutions during the unprecedented year. Our design-build team rose to the occasion, proven by our 2020 client survey results.
