Al. Neyer, Investors Sell Christ Hospital Office Building

An affiliate of Al Neyer Inc. sold Christ Hospital’s office building at 237 William Howard Taft for $22.5 million.

Taft Offices LLC, an entity created by Al Neyer to own the project, sold the 165,000-square-foot building to CHOH 001 Owner LLC, an affiliate of private equity real estate firm Oak Street Real Estate Capital in Chicago. The deal closed at the end of December. – Cincinnati Business Courier
