Neyer Granted Expanded Development Rights At Clinton Commerce Park Tim Schooley Pittsburgh Business Times “Cincinnati-based commercial real estate agency Al. Neyer is ramping up for a major expansion of the Clinton Commerce Park. Mark Vella, a vice president of business development for the company, said the Allegheny County Airport Authority has extended its development agreement with Al. Neyer for three more pads totaling about 40 acres on which the company can build an additional 850,000 square feet of light industrial space. With Al. Neyer pursuing the projects on a speculative basis, Vella said the company hopes to have a new project under construction on the additional sites by next summer. He said the company is considering three separate buildings of 400,000, 300,000 and 150,000 square feet, with the additional acreage providing various options depending on tenants’ needs.” Click here to read more in the Pittsburgh Business Times.
