Crews Complete Finishing Touches on Al. Neyer’s First Development in TN

Anticipation builds as crews near completion of Mallory Green, a 5-story Class-A office space in Franklin, Tennessee. The speculative development, in partnership with New York Life Real Estate Investors, is Al. Neyer’s inaugural Tennessee project and promises an exciting debut for the company in the Greater Nashville area.

The development, named Mallory Green as a nod to the nature-enhanced environment it offers office users, is thoughtfully designed to serve as a functional, efficient, and collaborative space for the modern workforce.

Final phases of installation for the development’s vibrant amenities—walking trails, fitness center, micro market, outdoor patios, and bright, welcoming public areas with floor-to-ceiling glass—are currently underway. Interior finishes have also begun, with the installation of floor tile, carpet, interior glass seals, wood doors, wood trim, and hardware.

Meanwhile, the crews are busy with site work with concrete pours and pervious pavers now in place. Landscaping crews also continue to plant trees and foliage while testing the active irrigation system.

As both the co-developer and design-builder, Al. Neyer is holding this project close to the heart; the company will house its 14 full-time Nashville employees at Mallory Green. The office build-out will allow the team to move into the office in early August. The first and second floors of the 175,000 SF building will also become the home of Spaces, a subsidiary of Regus and global flexible workspace provider, in November 2018.
