Al. Neyer Enters Raleigh CRE Market

Al. Neyer has announced the opening of its fourth office, in Raleigh, North Carolina, to bring a full range of real estate development solutions and design-build expertise to the growing market. The firm has appointed Justin Parker to serve as vice president of real estate development and launch Al. Neyer’s presence in the region.

From the Cincinnati Business Courier:

AL. NEYER ENTERS ITS FOURTH CITY

Al. Neyer, one of Greater Cincinnati’s largest and most active commercial real estate developers, has entered its fourth market.

The downtown-based firm has entered Raleigh, N.C., and appointed Justin Parker to serve as vice president of real estate development and lead Al. Neyer’s presence in the region.

Molly North, president, and CEO of Al. Neyer, said the company identified Raleigh for expansion because of the market’s momentum and opportunity to expand its footprint in “another dynamic market.” She said the region’s population growth, in particular, made it attractive.

“What we really like about Raleigh is, in a time of what I term the talent wars, Raleigh is producing about 70,000 graduates on an annual basis,” North told me.

Parker will be responsible for creating business solutions and partnerships, representing the company’s integrated process and supporting Al. Neyer’s pipeline and expansion into a new market.
