Molly’s dynamic career includes her journey from accounting to real estate development, then from CFO to CEO. She transitioned Al. Neyer from five generations of family ownership to an ESOP, now leading and participating in an employee stock ownership plan. Her keynote presentation, “Culture Fueled Growth”, expressed the necessity of rediscovering core company values and putting them to work. Molly drove a reset of the organization’s vision, establishing a culture of accountability where employee-owners play a significant role in defining and executing company strategy. Currently, with 200 employee-owners across the eastern United States, Al. Neyer is a company with an immense amount of energy and decades of expertise.
