Al. Neyer Brings Its A-Game To Nashville

Three months after hanging our shingle in Middle Tennessee, Al. Neyer is making our presence known with a new $35 million office project in Franklin.

Al. Neyer is buying the A-Game Sportsplex and converting it into 175,000 sf of office space. The project will bring up to 700 jobs and a possible corporate headquarters to the Franklin/Cool Springs area.

Real Estate Development Vice President Rob Gage says the purchase could be complete by the end of the year, and new tenants would be able to take occupancy as soon as the middle of 2016.

More from The Tennessean.
