Neyer Boosts Company Growth With Two Strategic Leadership Hires January 23, 2018 (CINCINNATI, Ohio) – Al. Neyer has announced the appointment of two executives – Lesley Schaefer Koth to the role of senior vice president, legal services, and Morgan J. Smith to the role of vice president, human resources – in a move that intends to help the company in its rapid pursuit of more business and top talent within the commercial real estate industry. Koth will head Al. Neyer’s internal legal operations and will serve as lead counsel for a wide range of commercial real estate negotiations and transactions. She has more than 20 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, most recently as vice president of legal services at Olshan Properties. Koth has also held leadership positions at the Port of Greater Cincinnati Development Authority and Phillips Edison & Co. Koth holds a juris doctorate from the University of Wisconsin and a BS in accounting from Miami University. Smith will lead and implement strategic processes for Al. Neyer’s talent recruitment and retention and company growth. She joins Al. Neyer after 20 years at Unifund and its affiliates, most recently as co-chief operating officer and vice president of operations. Smith has deep experience in operations management including the human resources functions of talent recruitment and succession planning. Smith holds an MBA from Xavier University and a BS in paralegal studies from the University of Cincinnati.
