Al. Neyer Announces Two Key Executive Leadership Positions

July 10, 2018 (CINCINNATI, Ohio) – Al. Neyer has appointed Stephanie P. Gaither to the role of senior vice president and chief financial officer, and Matthew E. Blankenship to the role of executive vice president, design-build, in a move that supports growing the company’s pipeline and expanding into new markets.

Gaither will head Al. Neyer’s finance and accounting team, overseeing critical functions including capital management, accounting, and the formation and execution of highly complex financing structures. She has nearly 20 years of experience in finance and accounting including more than 15 years of experience in commercial and residential real estate development, most recently as chief financial officer at Urban Sites. Gaither has also held leadership positions at Cincinnati Center City Development Corporation, Fifth Third Bank, and Grandin Properties. Gaither holds an MBA from University of Cincinnati and a BS in accounting from American University.

Blankenship was promoted to his role after serving in several positions at Al. Neyer since beginning his tenure in 2005. In this new role, he oversees Al. Neyer’s design-build operations in every market the firm operates, including its construction management team and architecture group. Blankenship is a proven leader in the firm’s development and design-build work, from inception to completion in ground-up project delivery. Blankenship holds a BS in civil and environmental engineering from University of Cincinnati.
