Neyer Announces New Roles For Team Members Al. Neyer has promoted five team members as the developer/design-builder grows its presence in the Cincinnati and Pittsburgh markets. Patrick W. Gilbert, vice president, Design-Build. Formerly director of design-build, Gilbert has been with Al. Neyer since 2006. Gilbert monitors project performance from contract signing to warranty completion and oversees the company’s overall volume of construction work. He is a LEED Accredited Professional in Building Design and Construction and holds a BS in civil engineering from the University of Cincinnati. Patrick G. Moore, vice president, Architecture. Previously director of architecture, Moore joined Al. Neyer in 1994 and has 26 years of architecture experience. Registered in both Ohio and Pennsylvania, Moore is a LEED Accredited Professional and holds a BS in architectural engineering technology from the University of Cincinnati. Timothy S. Holliday, director, Design-Build. Formerly senior project manager, Holliday was hired in 2005 and executes preconstruction management, cost estimation and project management in Cincinnati and Pittsburgh. He is a United States Air Force veteran and holds a BS in construction management from the University of Cincinnati. Justin A. Hartung, senior project manager. Previously project manager, Hartung has been with Al. Neyer since 2012 and specializes in preconstruction management, design management, contract negotiation and project management. He holds a BS in construction management from the University of Cincinnati. Kenneth R. Berling, project manager. Formerly associate project manager, Berling was hired in 2011 and specializes in preconstruction management, project scheduling and project management. He holds a BS in construction management from the University of Cincinnati. “Each of these team members has been a critical part of Al.
