Al Neyer Adds Multi-Family Expert to Blue Ash Development Team

“One of the region’s largest and most successful development companies joined the team that plans to transform the former Blue Ash airport into a large mixed-use development.

Mount Adams-based Towne Properties joins the development team of Al Neyer, Vandercar Holdings and MKSK as the multi-family partner on the project….

The development team is still working on its plan for the property, which totals more than 110 acres.

Towne Properties and Al Neyer previously partnered on U Square @ the Loop, an $80 million mixed-use development just south of the University of Cincinnati.”
