Neyer is building for developers North American Properties and NorthPointe Group. John Senhauser Architects is the architect of record for the development. Al. Neyer has previously worked with North American Properties and NorthPointe Group to deliver downtown residential projects Encore Urban Living, Seven @ Broadway, East 8 Lofts, and Sycamore Place Lofts. The 13-story building will include 125-units, a rooftop terrace, gym, yoga room, and community laundry and common space on each floor. Unlike the other apartment buildings, 8th and Main is targeting a clientele that is looking for micro and studio apartments. The development is in a prime location downtown directly on the streetcar line and just steps away from several dining and entertainment destinations. Construction is underway and is planned to be completed in May of 2020.
