Community Development Industry Gathers to Recognize Outstanding Professionals | The Cincinnati Herald

Arn Bortz, Towne Properties, Jim Neyer, Al. Neyer, Inc., and Matt Bourgeois, Clifton Heights Community Urban Redevelopment Corporation (CHCURC), received the Most Outstanding Project Award for U Square at the Loop. The sparkling development now bordering the University of Cincinnati has new stores and restaurants opening every day.  Arn, Jim and Matt were honored for staying the course, and continuing to work on this project when the economy tanked and nothing looked possible.  Al. Neyer, Inc.  and Towne Properties, as two of the biggest developers in the region, had plenty of other work they could have been doing, but chose, as strong supporters of Cincinnati, to continue pushing U Square forward.
