Al. Neyer Named 2020 Best Places to Work Finalist by Cincinnati Business Courier

We’re excited to take a moment to thank our team for naming Al. Neyer a 2020 Best Places to Work finalist by the Cincinnati Business Courier for the fifth year in a row!

COURIER ANNOUNCES 2020 BEST PLACES TO WORK FINALISTS

The Business Courier has named the finalists for its 2020 Best Places to Work awards. The program recognizes companies and organizations in Greater Cincinnati that are setting the bar for how to keep employees happy and engaged.

Employees at each of the companies were surveyed, and their responses were ranked by an independent third party, Quantum Workplace.

Companies were then scored in areas such as senior leadership, team effectiveness, work recognition, and benefits. The finalist companies are those that rated highest in one of five size categories: 10 to 24 employees, 25 to 49 employees, 50 to 99 employees, 100 to 199 employees, and 200 or more employees.

Cultivating a Strong Company Culture

Here at Al. Neyer, we strive to cultivate a culture that inspires, challenges, supports, and rewards our employee-owners. We identify a shared meaning in not only our brand purpose of building pride in real estate as employee-owners, but in forging powerful connections between our personal and organizational values too. As a result, we’re able to foster individuality and create a strong, inclusive culture across a growing footprint.

Our passion is contagious, our sleeves are always rolled up, and our doors are open at all times to new inventive, collaborative team members. Want to join the team? Check out our Careers page for current openings.
