WP Land Co. LLC, a Montgomery-based residential developer and home builder, received unanimous approval Thursday night from Blue Ash City Council to build a mix of condominiums, townhomes and detached townhomes on more than 9.7 acres in the Neighborhoods at Summit Park. Mat Walker, CEO of WP Land, said the as-of-yet unnamed development will include three 36-unit condo buildings, 36 single-family attached units in 11 buildings and 36 single-family detached units in the Parkview portion of the Neighborhoods at Summit Park. […] With the approval from city council, Walker plans to purchase and start development of the property immediately. WP Land will buy the property from Al Neyer and Vandercar Holdings, the master developers of the Neighborhoods at Summit Park. Tom Wilson, director of real estate development with Al Neyer, said the developers looked for a long time to find a builder to bring this type of product to Blue Ash. “It fits perfectly with what we envision for this site,” Wilson told me. “It really fits well within everything else we’re doing there.” Walker expects to have the first townhome lots delivered in the fourth quarter of this year. As for the condo buildings, Walker will move forward with one condo building at a time. Read more from the article here.
