Molly Paquette promoted to Director, Real Estate Development

Cincinnati – Molly Paquette has been promoted to Director, Real Estate a 115-year-old real estate development, investment and design-build firm.

Ms. Paquette is responsible for guiding Al. Neyer real estate development projects through all phases, from initial site acquisition through design and entitlement, approvals, financing, marketing and leasing. She is a leading force in the company initiative to expand into new markets through strategic acquisition.

Ms. Paquette joined Al. Neyer in 2007 as a manager, real estate development. At Al. Neyer, she is responsible for implementing major activities at the Columbia Square development, where she has completed property assemblage, the tax-increment financing deal with the City of Cincinnati and has project leasing under way. She also is key to the company’s The Offices at 444 West Third Street development, executing the project from concept through design and construction and ultimately though asset disposition.

Ms. Paquette earned a Bachelor of Administration degree from the University of Cincinnati in Finance and Accounting and spent six years in the banking industry and four in public accounting prior to joining Al. Neyer.  She has a special passion for community redevelopment and is vice president of Northside Community Urban Redevelopment Corp.
