Mark Vella, PE promoted to Vice President at Al. Neyer, Inc.

Cincinnati – Al. Neyer, Inc. has promoted Mark Vella, PE to Vice President, Business Development. Mr. Vella is responsible for directing business development efforts for Al. Neyer, as well as serving as senior manager on key projects. Mr. Vella works with companies and municipalities to help define their project objectives and meet budget, schedule and performance goals. Mark earns high marks for his industry knowledge from clients and partners he has advised during his two decades of work in real estate and design-build project management. His project list includes work for clients like for clients like Luxottica Group, Delta Air Lines, Central Light, Procter & Gamble Co., Calgon, Lewis-Goetz, Cintas, Champion Windows, Cameron, Appliance Dealers Cooperative and Iron Mountain.

Mark joined Al. Neyer in 1996 and is a registered Professional Engineer. At Al. Neyer, he has directed design-build services and national accounts development. He led Al. Neyer’s expansion into the Greater Pittsburgh area, resulting in successful projects in McClaren Woods Business Park and Airside Business Park, as well as Turnpike Distribution Center in Beaver County, co-developed by Al Neyer. Al. Neyer’s success in Pittsburgh with the use of tilt-up concrete panels as a preferred method of construction is especially significant because of its relative newness in that market.
