Al. Neyer, Inc. Web site retooled, going live today

neyer.com redesigned to focus on national presence + highlight urban and development opportunities

CINCINNATI – Al. Neyer, Inc., national developer of corporate and urban environments and industrial real estate, recently completed the redevelopment of its Web site, www.neyer.com. The site will go live today at 4 p.m.

Al. Neyer engaged US Digital Partners, a web solutions firm based in Over-the-Rhine, to redesign and retool the site, making it more efficient, more widely accessible, and easier to navigate. Al. Neyer expanded the site’s information offerings to include relevant news updates, project case studies, Neyer Foundation criteria and more. Projects from each Al. Neyer market segment – urban development; national corporate client program; industrial; office; multifamily; and retail  -- are showcased.

“Neyer.com is certainly not our typical renovation project,” says Dave Neyer, president and CEO. “Kidding aside, we approached the Web site redesign in a manner similar to how we approach every real estate project – by asking how we can make it easier for people to work with us.”

US Digital Partners applied its search engine methodology to help expand the site traffic of neyer.com.

“It’s important to reach more people,” Neyer says. “We’re a national developer, and our site needed to reflect that. It’s just as important, however, that neyer.com reach out in a collaborative way to potential partners, such as a city with an urban redevelopment need. Our new site invites input and ideas.”

Al. Neyer projects featured on neyer.com include:
* St. Xavier Park neighborhood, Cincinnati, Ohio
* Luxottica Retail Group North American headquarters in Mason, Ohio
* Great Escape Theatres, near Louisville, Ky.
* Champion Windows, multiple U.S. locations
* Lewis-Goetz & Co. office/warehouse facility, Pittsburgh, Pa.

“Neyer.com was an especially meaningful project for us because we share with Al. Neyer a commitment to urban redevelopment and the growth of Cincinnati,” according to David Brecount, a principal with US Digital Partners. US Digital Partners will continue to manage neyer.com.

Dave Neyer praised US Digital Partners’ strategy and execution as the “general contractor” of neyer.com.  “We respect their ability to apply a discipline to the process without compromising innovation.”
