The Residences at RiverWalk is adding a new urban living option to one of Cincinnati's oldest and most eclectic neighborhoods. When completed in Spring 2004, RiverWalk's first phase will include 28 luxury residential units, lofts and penthouse suites with open terraces and commanding views of the Ohio River in the city's East End, about two miles from the Great American Ball Park. A 3,000-square-foot bistro will complete the project's first phase.

RiverWalk directly responds to the city of Cincinnati's focus on increasing in-city home ownership and revitalizing its historic riverfront communities. RiverWalk was designed to complement other new riverfront developments nearby, while honoring the proud neighborhood's past. Our RiverWalk design team took cues from the neighborhood's rich architectural heritage, using colors and materials for the building's façade consistent with existing landmarks.
