63,000-square-foot office/warehouse facility

Al. Neyer, Inc.'s National Corporate Client team recently kicked off the first phase of McClaren Woods Business Park, located just minutes from Pittsburgh International Airport. A 63,000-square-foot office/warehouse will house Lewis-Goetz and Co., a rapidly growing industrial distributor of rubber products. The project represents a $2.7 million investment.

The 70-acre park, developed by Pittsburgh-based The Elmhurst Group, will accommodate 300,000-square-feet of light industrial space. An ideal location and flexible building designs will assure continued interest in the business park. Additionally, the park-like campus will have exercise trails for walkers and bikers that ultimately will connect to the nearby Montour Trail.

Neyer is also working with The Elmhurst Group at nearby Airside Business Park on a 60,000-square-foot development project.
